without opening an account. Some few services can be available. But in order to enjoy more of the
services of the website, you will need to
create an account. You may also choose to create a profile

or not. For you be found easily by search engines and other potential clients, freelancers,
outsourcers, audience or professionals, it is useful to create a profile page. Please note that, because
JobsFreelancing.net is a platform between you and potential job posters, freelancers, clients,
partners and audience, most often, when you create a profile page, the name and contact
information you provide are made publicly available to search engines and potential clients, partners,
audience. In case you don’t want to appear in search engines or if you don’t want to be found by
potential clients, outsourcers or audience, it is better not to create a profile page.
Even if you don’t hold an account and prefer to use the website as a guest, we will still collect and
store information about your visiting. The information can help us in many ways including offering

public to the readers of your post; in case you post a job, the members of JobsFreelancing will be
able to view your name (individual or agency, depending on the case) and your profile page.
Unlike individual profiles, if you choose to create an agency profile, contact information including
email address, and other business information you provide are considered public information. If you
think they are sensitive data, or if you don’t want to share them, please do not create an agency
profile. Publicly available Information from agency profiles might appear in Agency lists and be
available to JobsFreelancing paying Members. However, you can hide your Agency email address by
disabling the mail button on your Agency Profile page.

From time to time, you will receive ads from JobsFreelancing and/or from its Partners. You may also
receive ads from Google or other advertisers. You may choose to
disable ads. But this is possible only

JobsFreelancig.net uses “cookies” to help in offering you a personalized online experience. A cookie

the indexing button in your profile page, access to your Personal Data is restricted. However, if you
post a job, message, comment, like or contribute to any other public area of this site, your business
information will be publicly available.
Additionally, we may share your Data with third-party partners who will provide you with ads. For
some of our services, we use payment processors to assist us in processing your payment. To process
your payment, we need to disclose your name and address. The processors we work with are PayPal,
and Skrill. They are bound to protect your Personal Data and use it for no other reason than payment
processing.
We may also disclose your Personal Data for legal purposes, and for security issue. Where we are not
required by law to disclose your Personal Data, any person to whom we will disclose your data will be

preventing fraud). After you deactivate account, you still have some 30 days to recover it. If you do
not reactivate account 30 days after deactivation, and if your Personal Data is no longer needed, we
will start destroying, erasing, deleting it for good and/or converting it to an anonymous form.
We reserve the right to convert your Data into an anonymous form after your account has been
deleted.
